Brooklyn-based artist Scotty Albrecht creates amazing images with scraps from magazines, found pieces of paper and wood.

I think my favorite part of the space is the art my fiancé and I have been collecting.  I love being surrounded by work that we both admire. It makes the space feel like it’s that much more our own, but also keeps me inspired in my own work.

Between a polaroid wall of family and friends, randomly found signs, a library full of books, prints from other artists — Scotty’s studio is covered in inspiration!  Check out more of his work below!

French designer Aissa Logerot’s cool Halo light is for graffiti artists who want to use light and long-shutter photography instead of aerosol. Halo is shaped like a can of spraypaint, but features an LED light at the business end; the user can change the intensity and color of the light, and when it runs out of juice, there’s a neat solution—shake the can vigorously to power up the battery.
